Slightly less tall and wide, but certainly not so fat.
My issue (apart from size) is that there were two buttons A/B on the right, not 4 – for my fat thumb to crunch.

You can pause the service if you want so you only need to pay for the months you use it and can keep it as a backup device if that’s what you need from it. The best part is that it can be powered from USB-C with a powerful enough power bank and has a built in WiFi router so you can just connect with it as one device. It can also be hooked up via Ethernet to a normal home router too.
